Congratulations to SEED money grant recipient Missy Jennings on the article about her business in The Taos News!

Missy’s Organic Apothecary & Spa opened in a bright, spacious storefront six months ago and word has been getting out since then. A SEED money business grant allowed Missy to purchase essential equipment and furnishings, including a facial steamer, wax pot, and shelving units for her new business space.

Missy credits the SEED grant not only with helping her furnish her physical space but with giving her extra confidence to see it through. “When I heard about what you do I almost didn’t believe it,” she says. “It gave me ammunition. It made me think that if you get a little help you can do it.”
